These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of workfuel.in and the WORKFUEL meal-ordering service ("Service"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Account Creation
You must be at least 18 years old to create a WORKFUEL account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Ordering Process
WORKFUEL operates on a pre-order model. Orders for tomorrow's delivery must be placed before the daily cut-off displayed at checkout. Once accepted and paid, your order is confirmed and prepared for the chosen delivery date and slot.
3. Subscription Plans
Weekly and monthly subscription plans entitle you to a fixed number of meals over the chosen period. You can skip or pause within the limits stated on the subscription page. Unused meals expire at the end of the plan unless otherwise stated.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. WORKFUEL is a 100% prepaid platform — orders are confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and select wallets supported by Razorpay.
5. Delivery
We deliver within the serviceable areas listed at checkout. Delivery slots are indicative; minor delays may occur due to traffic or weather. If we cannot deliver due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the order will be treated as fulfilled and is non-refundable.
6. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before the daily cut-off. After the cut-off, the kitchen has begun preparation and orders cannot be cancelled. Subscription cancellations follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. User Responsibilities
- Do not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the platform.
- Do not resell meals or use the Service for commercial redistribution without written consent.
- Inform us promptly of any allergies — while we label allergens, our kitchen handles common allergens and we cannot guarantee a cross-contact-free environment.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on workfuel.in — including the WORKFUEL name, logo, menu names, photography and copy — is the property of WORKFUEL and protected by Indian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy or use any of it without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WORKFUEL's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order or subscription giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, attempt fraud, or misuse the Service. You may close your account anytime by contacting support.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
